Holiday Inn Port of Miami-Downtown by IHG

Eidrys at the front desk was awesome! I wish everyone could be like him. I had a King Suite on the 10th floor. The room was very spacious and had an incredible view of the Port of Miami, the Kaseya Center, and Bayside. Very, very convienent to all of those locations, and there are a wide variety of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

This hotel is directly across the street for the Bayside Shopping area, right on the water. It is right across the bridge from the cruise port, so it would be a perfect place for that. They upgraded us to a suite at no charge. Dilly was amazing! She was the epitome of exceptional customer service, and we loved Sage at the bar as well. So fun and laid back. Also, great service! Daya the manager was as kind as she could possibly be. We had an issue pop up that put us in a predicament, but it was made right, and Edris worked it out for us. I super appreciate their help. A great team makes all the difference! Thank you!!

On November 4th, 5th,6th and 10th,11th I traveled to Miami and stayed at the Holiday Inn. I was amazed by its location. Miami City is beautiful, and we took the Mover and Miami's Free Trolley – these modes of transportation were fantastic and very convenient, allowing us to reach any of the beautiful sights. Across the street from the hotel is Bayside Marketplace, a popular shopping area, and there are restaurants along the riverbank. What impressed me most was meeting a staff member named Eidrys Reyes. He was incredibly helpful. Because I'm an IHG member, I should have received a special check-in bonus, but surprisingly, he played a lucky draw game for me, and I was lucky enough to win 10,000 points! I was very grateful to him. At that time, I was staying for two consecutive days before going on a cruise. I told him I would return in five days after the cruise, and I was very fortunate to meet him again five days later. Even more special was that I arrived around 10 am, so he was willing to let me check in earlier. This made things very convenient for me, allowing us to spend the whole day exploring Miami City. I'm very grateful to this staff member, and I hope all hotel staff can provide such thoughtful service. Thank you!

Eidris Reyes front desk person was so wonderful and patient with helping me and my MANY questions and concerns. Looked up local pharmacy and walking directions for me, and many other concerns I had. The room was dated but comfortable beds, linens soft lots of pillows and thermostat held perfect temperature. Bot worth $340 a night however location is everything. Staff is wonderful.

Good location in downtown Miami. Close to Bayside and the Cruise Port. Service is good depending on who you get. The lady at the front desk seemed to be preoccupied Saturday night, and we were the only ones checking in. This is NOT a 5 Hotel. It is functional and clean. We were in room 1009. It has a great view. However, leave the AC fan on otherwise the fan chunks. Also it's right across from the ice machine so you here that dump ice. And I spe t 20 minutes drinking with the Kuerig machine, before I gave up cause it didn't work and made a big mess. One good thing. The bed was very comfortable. Slept really good. I'll stay here again.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot to visit the bayfront marketplace and the port of miami. may not be the freshest and newest but the staff and location make up fur any of its older feeling. The staff were more than accommodating to me for my stay even when I had to Alter plans.

This place was great for the over night we stayed. We had a cruise the next day. The location to walk to Bayside was fabulous, Walgreens the next block over. Crew members were great and friendly. We scheduled transportation through them for 8$ for port ride. I will stay here again.
